Select, organize, and present with professional or expert knowledge. We are by no means individuals with expertise but, unknowingly the philosophy of giving family, friends, and even perfect strangers the best of what we had to offer was instilled in me since childhood from my late mother.
What started as a fun project for our family vacation rental transformed into an invitation into the Airbnb industry beyond our wildest dreams.
Our first location was in Big Bear Lake. The goal was simple…let’s renovate the cabin to our liking so that we could enjoy it throughout the year and proudly share with our friends, family, and guests. By the end of the long 3-month project, we were exhausted. BUT we loved the final product so much that we were hesitant about renting it out.
Fast forward 2 years and 7 properties later, we have mastered the process of staging and setting up an amenity filled Airbnb. Kidding, ‘jack of all trades, master of none’ better describes who we are. Through the journey, we have applied our experiences and backgrounds in finance, hospitality, property management, and construction development to our overarching goal of providing accommodations that would result in an elevated experience for our guests, as well as successful vacation rentals for ourselves.
We have faced challenges, delays, headaches, the daunting permitting processes, the list goes on. We have made mistakes and we have learned and grown because of them. It once took us several weeks to set up a home to our standards. Now, through streamlined processes, we can fully stage and equip a rental in 3 days.
Never would we have imagined that the spaces we created would be supported in such an amazing way. Through the connections we’ve made, we find ourselves fortunate to have opportunities to assist and guide others (first time vacation home owners, many who are dipping their toes in the market and interested in getting into the short-term rental space, and even seasoned investors).
We believe that the best success stories stem from those plans that weren’t really plans but were driven by passion and naturally fell into place.
We’ve witnessed that life isn’t all about the destination but that the journey is pretty amazing as well. We are excited to be part of your journey.
